How we worked
Directly with the CEO, the investors and the clinical team — no account layer between the client and the people doing the work.
01 · The problem

Lifespan Edge arrived after a previous agency failed to deliver the website and brand the organisation needed.

What was left was a fragmented digital presence and no clear brand foundation — a patient-facing business in a category where credibility is the product, with nothing consistent to stand on.

In discovery we found the larger problem underneath it. The CEO and investors were not planning one clinic. They were planning a multi-location organisation, and neither the brand nor the digital workflows could survive that.

The Lifespan Edge home page ManDeo designed and built
The home page we designed and built — one brand voice, four clinics

We defined the brand before we designed a page. Everything after that had something to be consistent with.

Discovery and brand definition ran with the client and key stakeholders directly — the CEO, the investors, the clinicians who would have to live with it. We set the brand direction, then designed and developed the site against it, then built the operational layer: custom workflows and EMR integrations over webhooks and bespoke APIs.

Phase 01DiscoveryWe came in for a website and found a growth plan. Multiple locations, one voice, and workflows that could not yet carry either.
Phase 02Brand definitionPositioning, voice and visual direction agreed with the CEO and investors in the room, not presented to them later.
Phase 03Design and buildA patient-facing site structured so a new clinic is a content decision, not a rebuild.
Phase 04Workflows and EMRCustom workflows wired to the EMR with webhooks and bespoke APIs, so patient onboarding stopped depending on who was at the desk.
The trade-off we named on day one
Brand definition first pushed the launch date out. In exchange every clinic that opened afterwards inherited a brand instead of negotiating one.

“ManDeo didn't just rebuild our website — they gave us a brand and a set of workflows that scaled with us. We went from one location to four in a year, and the digital foundation never had to catch up.”

Lifespan Edge went from one clinic to four inside a year. The brand made those conversations easier; the workflows made them survivable.

The site now carries both sides of the business: the patient-facing brand, and the operational reality of a healthcare organisation opening locations. Custom workflows streamlined patient onboarding and the process of standing up a new clinic, and the client reports a noticeable rise in inquiries since the rebrand and launch.

We still run the platform. They run the content.
